Well Royal Lepage has released 2009 Q1 numbers for Vancouver West.
I have to say my predictions are matching up quite nicely so far. Yes Smithers, soon that downtown condo will be mine, MINE!


I don't have post-2006 data on Vancouver incomes so I'm assuming they are stagnating in nominal terms.
